1. Adding a client

Um einen neuen Mandanten/Client hinzuzufügen, müssen Sie folgende Schritte durchführen:

  1. Create the client (as usual).

  2. Adapt the abasfile:

    • Copy the Client Modul from your abasfile and adapt the following parameters:

      • ID (module name)

      • mname

      • suffix_mandantdir

      • mandant

    • Copy the Client-Config Modul from your abasfile and adapt the following parameters:

      • ID (module name)

      • client

  3. Delete the REST API folder

  4. Re-install the modules:

    • abas-installer check-configuration -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer check-modules -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer install-modules -m <module directory>

2. Adding a host

To add a computer/host, perform the following steps:

  1. Set up the computer/host.

  2. Adapt the abasfile:

    • Copy the hosts and adapt the following parameters:

      • ID (host name)

      • ip

      • hostname

      • user

      • password

    • Adapt the module which are to be installed on the new host:

      • Adapt the host

  3. Install the modules:

    • abas-installer check-configuration -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer check-hosts -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer prepare-hosts -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer install-modules -m <module directory>

3. Add DMS Connection for Dashboard

To activate the DMS connection for the dashboard, you must carry out the following steps:

  1. add the following property entry for the webserver module in your abasfile.yml

    • dms_base_url: http://[path_to_dms] (e.g. paste directly under install_dir)

  2. update the webserver modul

    • abas-installer update-modules -i webserver -m <modul-directory>

  3. check the configuration.json

    • in the file modules/webserver/nginx/public_html/configuration.json the following entry should be available under "api":
      "dmsBaseURL": "http://[path_to_dms]"
      If this is not the case, please complete the entry manually.

4. Adding BPM

To add abas BPM, perform the following steps:

  1. Download the latest abas Installer modules
    Download and unpack using this link or perform the following steps:

  2. Adapt the abasfile:

  3. Adapt the credentials:

  4. Delete web server:

    • Open the folder where the web server is located (the path is specified in the abasfile)
      By default: /u/abas/modules/webserver

    • cd ..

    • rm -rf webserver

  5. Install the modules:

    • abas-installer check-configuration -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer install-modules -m <module directory>

    • abas-installer check-modules -m <module directory>

  6. Start BPM:

    • Open the modul directory

    • docker-compose up -d

    • Starting can take up to 15 minutes.

  7. For BPM version 1.0.0: Create Camunda user:

    • Open Camunda: <hostname>:8088/camunda
      Default login information: Admin/Admin

    • Open Admin

    • Create user:

      • Click Create new users

      • User ID: The same email address as given for Keycloak

      • Password: Set password (used only for logging in to Camunda, not for the BPM apps)

      • Firstname: Set first name

      • Lastname: Set last name

      • Email: The same email address as given for Keycloak

    • Assign users to the groups camunda-admin and erp_user:

      • Open the created user

      • Open Groups

      • Click Add to group

      • Select camunda-admin and erp_user

  8. For BPM version 1.1.1: Read license terms:

    • Administration Overview: open <hostname>/workflow/administration/

    • Click the License Terms tab

    • After reading the license terms, click Agree license term

  9. Open the BPM apps:

    • Workflow Designer: <hostname>/workflow/designer/

    • Workflow Task Overview: <hostname>/workflow/taskoverview/

    • Administration Overview: <hostname>/workflow/administration/

    • Camunda: <hostname>:8088/camunda

    • Use Keycloak credentials
